Reading Skills for Today's Adults

The first grade's spring concert is today. Max is in the program. He will sing songs with his class. His dad and mom are coming. He will look for them in the crowd.

Dad and Mom come early. They get good seats close to the front of the stage. They want to get some good pictures of Max.

Max’s class is first. Max has a big smile on his face. He waves to his dad and mom. The class sings songs about spring rains and plants growing. Max sings and does the motions for the songs. He moves his arms and hands.

At the end of the program, Max gives his mom and dad a big hug. He is so happy that they came to his concert.
